  • How do I engage with VisualRail?

    If you would like to understand how we work together, receive pricing information, or submit a presentation for a quote, send an email to info@visualrail.com and one of our sales professionals will contact you ASAP.

  • Where are you based?

    VisualRail is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, however, we leverage a global workforce.

  • How do I communicate with VisualRail on a project?

    Once you submit a request, you will be assigned an account manager.  Based on your time zone and preferred method of contact, your account manager will reach out to you via email or phone.  Most of our communications will be via email during a project, but we also use Skype for Business for audio and video conferencing.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    For slide retouches of up to 10 slides we will return the first draft in under 48 hours from the time you accept our proposal.  Larger presentations and complex redesigns may require additional time, but this will be outlined in our initial proposal.

  • What if I don't like what you design?

    All retouch work includes one round of revisions.  Redesign work includes two rounds of revision.  For new customers, we can also send a draft of an initial slide for your review prior to completing an entire project.

  • How can I submit content?

    For most customers, your draft will be submitted via email.  For larger customers, a secure SharePoint drive can be provided.

  • What if I only have a drawing on a whiteboard or the back of a napkin?

    No problem, take a picture of it and send it to us.  We will turn it into a great slide!

  • Can you edit my presentation content?

    In general, we will not change your words, only how they are presented.  We do provide advisory services for a few key accounts as our team comes from diverse corporate backgrounds and has years of experience crafting and delivering presentations.  There is, of course, an additional fee for this.

  • Can you do custom graphics or animation?

    Yes, there will be an additional fee which would be outlined in our quote.

  • Will you re-write my resume content?

    No, the content is yours.  We will restructure it, make it modern and visually appealing, as well as suitable for multiple formats both print and online.

  • What about privacy?

    We take privacy and security very seriously.  All of our employees work under non-disclosure agreements.  Your data is kept in an industry standard multi-tenant cloud environment and is not intermingled with other customer data.  We outsource all payment processing so none of your credit card data is stored on any VisualRail server.
